The All Progressives Congress, (APC), has congratulated the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 66th birthday anniversary.
In a press statement issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Barrister Felix Morka, the party joined her family, political associates and millions of well-wishers across the globe to celebrate the First Lady.
The APC described Senator Tinubu as “an exceptional leader, compassionate mother of the nation, devoted wife and steadfast pillar of support to the President and Commander-in-Chief, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.”
The party said she remains a trusted confidante and invaluable source of strength and encouragement to the President from his pro-democracy era to his Presidency.
It noted her lifelong dedication to public service, from her impactful tenure as First Lady of Lagos State to her distinguished years in the Nigerian Senate, as testament to her grace, vision, patriotism and unwavering commitment to the Nigerian people.
According to the APC, her selfless sacrifices, enduring support and unwavering belief in her husband’s vision reflects the profound impact of a woman, who has stood faithfully beside her family despite demands and challenges of public service.
The party also highlighted her humanitarian interventions through the New Era Foundation and her flagship programme, the Renewed Hope Initiative, (RHI), which continues to uplift vulnerable populations and empower women and youths.
It said through the initiatives, she has continued to drive progress in education, agriculture, healthcare and social welfare nationwide, with passion that remains a beacon of inspiration.
As she marks the milestone, the APC prayed that Almighty God grants her many more years of excellent health, wisdom, strength and joy to continue serving Nigeria and humanity.
